Prayer is where The Continuous Flame began and remains the foundation of its work.
Dependence on God
We encourage believers and churches to grow in prayer through prayer conferences, devotional focus, and ministry gatherings. We believe the work of God must be carried by dependence on God, not merely by activity, strategy, or human effort.
Prayer and the ministry
Prayer is not one program among many. It is the ministry's foundation: worshiping God, seeking His work in the Church, and interceding for people and places in need of faithful gospel witness.
Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual strength
Do we diligently cultivate sacred spiritual disciplines, such as prayer and reading the Word of God, so that we may receive a fresh anointing from the Lord?
God regards these spiritual disciplines as a precious investment that prepares the believer to be a blessing to others and grants him spiritual strength. The time we spend in the presence of the Lord and meditating on His Word is never wasted.
